There’s gas central heating throughout, so it’s warm and snug during the cooler autumn and winter months. There’s also free Wi-Fi and free parking for two cars.

We love dogs and other pets, but unfortunately, we can’t have them in the cottage.

The spacious kitchen is perfect for socialising and comes with all the mod cons including a dishwasher and microwave, and an American-style fridge freezer with an ice maker. Perch at the breakfast counter for an early morning coffee or late-night cocktail.

The kitchen opens out on to a covered and heated garden room, making it the perfect space to gather everyone together and socialise. Enjoy an al fresco summer evening supper made from ingredients purchased from the Combe Martin Farmers’ Market.

The gorgeous dining room also leads out to the garden room and is the ideal place to enjoy a meal during the cooler months. It seats up to eight people, so it’s perfect for a celebratory dinner. And you’ll find all the crockery and cutlery you need in the kitchen.

At the front of the cottage, there’s cosy and comfortable lounge with big, squashy sofas for snuggling and a large TV for movie night. It’s the ideal spot to chill out after a day’s paddleboarding.

The utility room has another large fridge, plus a washing machine and an overhead airer. It’s ideal for drying swimming cossies if you’ve been at the beach all day. You’ll find a separate walk-in shower and loo here too.

The main bedroom has a super comfy super king-sized bed, and comes with its own walk-in shower, luxurious bath and loo too.

Bedroom two has a super king-sized bed, and a bathroom next door with a spacious walk-in shower and a loo.

Bedroom three has a super king-sized bed, and a bathroom next door with a spacious walk-in shower and a loo.

Bedroom four also has a super king-sized bed, its own walk-in shower room and loo downstairs, as well as its own private staircase leading up to the room.

The garden gives you another area to relax and unwind. Cook fresh fish on the built-in BBQ and chill out on the patio with a cold bottle of beer. There’s also a beach shower, a hanging area for wetsuits, and kayak/SUP secure storage.
